Yes I do have a Marriage Certificate for Mary Ann Skaggs and Caroden Leroy Swartz, MD (CL).
The informant James Decker was my Grandfather. I talked to my cousin who is 20 years older than I am, and her thought was that James Decker only knew her step mother a Rebecca Norton, we think that Mary Ann Skaggs mother was a Sarah Elizabeth Smiley I have copies of a marriage license for Solomon Skaggs to a Rebeckah Osborn for 1 Nov 1848 from the Indiana State Library.
I am waiting for microfilm from the LDS library to copies of other marriage license.
I was wondering if in the 1860 census in Turkey Creek post office Bourbon Ct. KS.
Wesley Age 65 and Hannah abe 65 were the grandparents of Mary A. That Solomon and Rebecca were her Aunt and Uncle and that her father John Wesley Skaggs was back in Indiana getting married for the 2nd time or felt he could not care for his children without a wife.
I have nothing to back up that thought, and I have not found John Wesley born abt 1828 in Indiana living with Rebecca Norton aaborn abt 1838 in Daviess Co., Indiana. m abt 1859 in Daviess Co., IN.

And I would be happy to send you copies of the Marriage Licenses or Certificates if you would like them.
