Debbie, I believe Other and Nancy may be the parents of my gr grandfather's third wife, Minnie Six. I believe she married Alva/Elva/Alvin Wilson and lived in Abilene, Texas in 1910, according to census records. By 1920, they were living in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Minnie died in 1927. Her death certificate gives her father's name as X Six, her birthdate as May 30, 1883. There was no name given for her mother. According to the 1900 census, Minnie Six was born in May of 1878. The census of 1910 and 1920 give conflicting dates of birth.
If the information on Minnie's death record is correct. she was the third wife of Alvin, his first being Nancy Frances Stotts and the second, Minnie Vandergriff. Nan died about 1894. She was the mother of two children, Edgar and Mary Ann, my grandmother. I have been unable to find a death record for Minnie Vandergriff Wilson. She had one son, William. Minnie Six Wilson had 4 childen, Odis, Eula, Cora Belle and Herbert, though I'm not certain that she was the mother of Odis.
I know little about the family except for the census records. A cousin has been in contact with several descendants. They told her Minnie was one half Indian.
