Have you come across the inscriptions in Lamberhurst churchyard?
There is a record of John Sivyer late of Ticehurst 6/10/1849 age 30 and his wife Jane Sivyer 26 January 1857 age 60 and not far away another one of John Sivyer late of Ticehurst 3rd May 1833 aged 75 ,Sarah his wife May 15th 1842 age 83.
