What can you tell me about Vassie SITZ of Stephens Co., OK. I have a Vassie SITZ (16) married to J GARDNER (21) on 17 July 1912 in Stephens Co., OK. His name was James W GARDNER and he was a Baptist Minister - he pastored at the Plainview, later re-named Fair, Baptist Church in that county 1911-14 and 1916-1918.
In looking at the SS Death records, the only Vassie GARDNER I found stated the SS was issued in Michigan - but it did not list where she died.
