1802 Will of Johann Heinrich "Henry" Sites / Franklin County, PA

[NI111593] Transcription of the Will of Johann Heinrich "Henry' Sites : Franklin County, PA Henry Sites (sic Seitz) made his will out Dec 18 1802, Antrim Twp., Franklin Co., Pa. & probated 30 Oct 1804. Franklin Co., Pa. Will Book B, pg 224. His Will reads as follows: Be it remembered that I Henry Sites Sr., Antrim Twp Franklin Co PA yoeman, Do make & ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner & form following to wits, 1st I will & allow all mu just debts & funeral charges to be paid & fully satisfied Item I will & allow to my well beloved Wife Nancy 20 lbs yrly, during her natural life, together with 1 horse & saddle worth 25 pounds specias, 1 good cow, 2 sheep, the use of my dwelling House & Household furniture, during her natural life, likewise 15 bushels of Wheat & 100 weight of pork yrly, likewise 1/2 of the garden, before my house, during her life, each of my sons to give & hall her 2 loads of firewood yrly, my son Jacob to keep her cow & Henry to keep her sheep, the horse & saddle, cow & sheep, to be taken out of my personal Estate, the remainder of bequethments to be provided by my sons Henry & Jacob each being at equal expense. Item I will & allow my son Jacob all that ends of my Plantation whereon he now lives as surveyed & laid of to him his Heirs & Assigns forever. Item I will & allow my son Stophel the 110 lbs specia. Item I will & allow to my dau. Nancy Statler, the sum of 230 lbs specia. Item I will & allow my dau. Martha Ankony, the sum of 200 lbs specia. Item I will & allow my dau. Elizabeth Rafter, the sum of 230 lbs specia, & my Will is that my personal Estate be equally divided amoungst all my children except what property is herin before bequeathed, & my will is that when my wife Nancy dies what property she has be equally divided amoungst all my children, & my will is that my son Henry is to pay 300 pounds specia towards paying my son Stophel & my dau.s legacy in the following manner, to wit, one year after my death, to pay 40 lbs, & so on 40 lb yrly until the whole is paid. & my will is that my son Stophel is to get the 1st payment, that my sons Henry & Jacob is to make & my dau. Nancy the 2nd, my dau. Martha the 3rd, my dau. Elizabeth the 4th & so on still beginning with the oldest, until the whole is paid, Lastly, I nominate appoint & ordain my sons Henry & Jacob to be my Executors of this my last will & testament, hereby revoking all others, by me hitherto had or made & confirming this & this alone to be my last Will & Testament. Martha Ankony had remarried by the time the will was probated. She answered the estate as Magdalena, wife of Martin Kershner of MD. Dau. Nancy Statler was actually the wife of Jacob Stotler/ Statler- per his will 12 Mar 1790 Franklin Co., PA. By 1804 she was residing in Penn Twp., Allegheny Co., PA
