Have some info re Christina SITES (Mrs. Wm. Barnum SMITH) (my GGGGrandmother, thru her son, Josiah). Am looking to verify whether she was divorced (1843), her death (1884) and what happened to her in between. (Can't find her in censuses for 1850,60,70 or 80, so far)
I have her as born about 1799, Rockingham Co., VA (from other researchers), married WBS, 1812 in Rockingham Co. VA
(Marriage Index: MD, NC, VA, 1624-1915
Spouse: William, Smith
Marriage Date: Dec 29, 1812
Location: Rockingham, Virginia
