Hi James,
I found a lot of Sisson's in Allegany County, New York.
Most of them come from the line of Richard and Mary Sisson from the area of Westport, Mass. and Portsmouth, N.y.
Richard's line that went to Allegany County was Richard, George, Thomas, Thomas Freeman, John, Then Sion Sisson.
Sion came to Allegany County from Westerly, Rhode Island about 1820-1829.
I haven't been able to connect your James to this line, but I suspect that he probably fits in there somewhere, althouth there are only a couple of areas where he could possibly fit.
I haven't found much on your James and Jessica so far. I am only looking from what I can locate online so I am very linited.

Father: Nelson A. Sisson
Mother: Lyla A. Harvey

Father: Clark Sisson (there was a question mark after Clark's name so that may be wrong.)
Mother: Manda Ambling
Wife: Mary E. Fuller
Sisson, Marguerite J.- 12-14-1908-- 12-29-1994
Father: Homer Shafer
Mother: Edith Horton
Husband:H. Clifford Sisson ( Obit was listed but not included.)
Sisson, Marian J.- 2-15-1890-- 6-16-1967
Father: Eugene C. Jordan
Mother: Dora B. Mabie
Husband:Howard S. Sisson
Sisson, Mary E.- 2-7-1854-- 1-13-1925
Father: Thomas Fuller
Mother: Mary Vanny
Husband: James W. Sisson
Sisson, Robert A.- 5-25-1935-- 2-19-1988
Father: Clifford Sisson
Mother: Margaret Shafer
Wife: Shirley Wagner (obit listed, but not included.)
There is a lot of Sisson's listed in Allegany County.
I also checked the Sisson Genealogy Site and your James and Jessica are not listed that I could tell.
