Benjamin Sisson and wife Maranda Davidson Sisson are buried in the Methodist church cemetery at Pleasantville, Indiana. This is a large well kept cemetery and the Sisson stones are large and in good condition. They read as follows: Benjamin W. March 15, 1815 to Feb. 16, 1897. Juda, daughter of Benjamin and Miranda, Aug. 31, 1840 to Dec. 12, 1910. Miranda, wife of Benjamin, died Aug. 18, 1882, 68 years 6 months 4 days. Miranda Davidson Sisson is my Davidson line. The daughter of Daniel Davidson and Mary Enochs. I am trying to find where Daniel and Mary Enochs Davidson were married. I have their deed for purchase of land in Jefferson Co., Ky in 1810. Then it was sold about 1818 and they came to Carlisle, Sullivan Co., Ind wioth their family. Hope this helps someone.
