Been working on this family for years, and I think I might have it.
David Ludwick Sisson (b. 31 July 1891 d. 25 May 1968) born in Wilkes Co. GA, married Lela Mae Fanning in Tattnal Co. GA.
He lived most of his life there, and is buried there.
I finally found his father!!!!!!!!!

John G. is listed as living with 2 sisters, Ive O (Lve O??)20, and Larkin (Laskin??) 18.
In the census taken in Wilkes Co. GA in 1870, John G. is listed as living with his mother, Elizabeth Sisson.

I am looking for John's father. Maybe he died in the war between the states.
