AMERICAN INDIAN SISSON

I know there are several SISSON families out there who have ties to AMERICAN INDIAN parents. I have seached for NATHANIEL BARTLETT SISSON, born to a WILLIAM FRANKLIN AND unk MCLENNON for many years. There is a possibility that the reason I haven't found him is because he would be listed in the indian census instead of the US Federal Census. My brother, Ray Sisson, has done the DNA swab. The results are; we are of the line of Robert and Amye Sisson of VA Our earliest ancestor came to America abt 1630? Yuo can do a "cheek swab" anonymously to find out which line of Sissons you belong to.I found only one Nathan Saxon, born AL to a black mother and father in the Al census records. The parent name was not William or Franklin. Nathaniel is found in the 1900 census in Big Creek Township, White County, AR. He lists his father as from MS and his mother from AL. Nathaniel died of pneumonia in 1903. His son, William Franklin Sisson II is my father.
