David & Bertha SIPLE Descendants>N.D.>Canada
Hello,
I am trying to find descendants of my Gr. Aunt Bertha SIPLE who was married to David Bertram SIPLE. They left N.Dakota in 1904 to homestead in Claresholm, Canada. David died in 1930 and is buried in the Old General Cem. in B.C., Canada. They had 5 boys one of which was a minister. They were Ernest Leroy m. Grace McClare, Calvin d. 1974, Alfred of Calgary, who wrote a book called "Pioneers" pub. in 1977, Willard m. Bertha Axenes of Westaskiwin, and Chester m. Irene Keown. The Canadian Archives has a short biography of this family in a book called "Where the Wheatlands Meet the Range", which is on digitization.I remember my Gr. Aunt Bertha coming from Canada to Clinton, MO to visit my Grandma Belle LILLY Cook back in the 1950's. I would have been around 4 at the time. After my grandma's death in 1957 we lost contact. If anyone is connected with this line, I would appreciate any help you can give.I would love to connect with these cousins.
Thanks,
Angelia Byrum
