Hi. I was browsing and came across this message. I am Amy Sipes from Kentucky. I was intrigued that I am not the only Amy Sipes from Kentucky. I see there was perhaps an ancestor with the same name. I am from Grayson County Kentucky. I also noticed in a post in regards to the county of Butler and Grayson that someone has shown as if these are the same. They are not. They are adjacent to one another. I was born in Kentucky in 1977. My family has been here for several generations before me. Mostly located in Grayson County, Kentucky. My grandfather was Leroy Sipes. He past away a couple of years. My father was William Stanley Sipes. He is also past. He left us nearly 14 years ago. There are few Sipes in this area. Mosly just my direct decendents. Makes me believe that you may be speaking or looking for information on my ancestors. Perhaps I can help you. You may email me directly at, if you like.
