Ada Sipes m. Chauncey French - OH?

I am trying to identify the parents of Ada Sipes.

According to the book "Genealogical History of theFrench and Allied Families," by Mary Queal Beyer, Ada was married on 25 September 1901 to Chauncey French (b. 9 October 1876 in probably Crawford County or Morrow County, OH), and they had three children (not named).

I am trying to find out if Ada is related to my great grandmother, Margaret Ann Sipes (b. 27 November 1843, Morrow County, OH) daughter of Jacob N. Sipes (b. 13 August 1823, Bedford County, PA).

I can't find Ada anywhere and am beginning to wonder if "Ada" is a nickname for some other given name.

Any clues will be very much appreciated!

Thank you,
Wilma (Seif) Bacigalupo
