You probaly already have this information from Woodring files but will give you what I have read from book "Paul Sipe - Palatine Immigrant - 1752." by Mildred Sipe Dickey.
SUSANNAH SIPE - Was the daughter of Paul Sipe, the immigrant. Susannah was born in Pennsylvania, moved to Maryland in 1771, and married Daniel Wutring (Woodring) at Frederick, Maryland, in the Lutheran Church on 7 May 1786. Her name was spelled "Seib". She and her family moved to North Carolina in Lincoln County at the same time that the other members of Paul Sip's family. She and Daniel had these children: 1. John - married Susan moved to Watauga Co., NC. 2. Jacob - married Susanna died Haywood Co. NC. 3. Henry - married Susanna. 4. Daniel - b. 1793, married Carolyn Rector, m. Elizabeth _____in Gilmer County, Georgis in 1850. 5. Polly (was probably their daughter) m. ___Shook. 6. Samuel and 7. Susannah - m. ___McLean
