I am John's Great-grandughter through his Daughter Julia C. Sipes...she married Cravin Fort. My grandmother, Aleta Fort, was Julia's youngest daughter. Julia died when my grandmother was about 2 1/2 years old. I have also talked to Joel Sipes, another great-grandchild of John's through John's oldest son, Joel. I would love to share info.
