I was basing my account on memory so it may well have been Jacob and not Urich Conrad. I have heard the family legend that he disembarked in Virginia but there were not very many passengers (certainly not of the indenturing type) heading into Virginia at that time (earlier there were many) so the Patrick Smith reference looked promising.

I will try to find what I did with the Kings Waiters story.
