W.H. SINK Confederate Soldier VA.> KY.
Article from the 'Confederate Veteran' magazine,
dated September, 1909.
The J.H. LEWIS Camp of Glasgow, Ky., has lost another of its worthy members. Adjt. W.Wood writes:
"Comrade W.H. SINK, of near Cave City, died on July 23, 1909, aged 71 years. He was a member of the 6th Kentucky Infantry, Orphan Brigade. A good man has gone. He was born in Franklin County, Va., and came to Kentucky in early life. He leaves one child, MRS. LETIA KING, with whom he had lived. Two brothers survive him. He was a life-long member of the Christian Church and was beloved by all who knew him. He was a man of sterling integrity. He was buried by his old comrades at his home".
