I am trying to find a Cecelia Lipsey who's father was William Singleton. I have been told that Mary, Cecelia's mother was a full blooded Cherokee. Cecelia was Born abt 1827 in Tenn. married John Lipesy. The Lipsey's moved to Ill. and then Kansas. I really would like to find Her and information on her parents. Cecelia would of been my 3GR grandmother making Mary my 4gr grandmother.
