Isaac Singleton was "spurious" baptised 3rd February 1800 in Cartmell Fell. I think this means that no father was named. I have been able to follow the life of Isaac but have no record of Sarah's family and where she came from.
Isaac went on to marry Agnes Bathrop from Sedgewick in Westmorland and they lived in Low Wood Upper Holker Lancs for many years. Isaac worked in the Gunpowder factory in Low Wood.
Has anyone information on any of these people please? Many thanks.
