I purchased a book years ago, "Naval Customs Traditions and Usage." Inside the cover is written the name, Royce A. Singleton. The book was printed in 1939.
I also found left inside the book, an envelope full of black/white negatives of someone in a navy uniform in various locations.
I'd be glad to mail the negatives to someone that is related to this Royce Singleton, and hope that they are pictures of him, ca the WWII timeframe??? I can't tell for sure when they were taken, I'm just going by the age of the book.
