I would like to contact anyone with information about J. W. Singleton b 1824 Kentucky who is in the 1850 Census of Newberry County, SC. He was an overseer for William Briges? His wife was Sarah E. Singleton and they had one child Catherine b SC 1849. Also in the household was John Terry b 1830 NC who is probably a brother to Sarah E. who was from Greenville County, SC. She may be the widow Sarah E. Singleton with daughters Ida and Sarah Singleton in Sulphur Springs, Buncombe Co NC 1860 census living with her father C. C. [Champness] Terry and his wife Permelia Hodges who were of Greenville Co SC.
