1870 Hardin County Tennessee, shows the Redding Singleton family. Jehu S, Mary B, George W., Samuel, Albert, Rickman, Louisa, and Amanda. Thomas, wife Susannah, Austin and James Curtis are living next door. Susannah and James Curtis are burid in Hardin County, Aenon Cemetery. There is a family of Singletons in Hardin County. Evidently, they come from George W. They are buried in the Old Union Cemetery. Do you know if this family is connected to Sterling Singleton, who came from North Carolina and settled in Henderson and Decatur Counties in Tennessee?
