- trying to obtain info on Barbara Gough born 1908 in Croydon England. She was born Barbara Eva Lebkuchen. She married a Philip C. Carter in 1933 Croydon and had 2 boys Richard A. Carter b. 1935 and Graham C.A. Carter in 1936. I presume she took the boys with her when she went to Singapore as she was married to a Mr. Gough by 1955 according to a will.
The address was 10 Anguilla Road care of the Strait Times in Singapore in 1955. I have contacted the Times and they confirm an Arthur Gough from London worked there - I presume he is her second husband. He died back in London in 1984 but no sign of her or the boys.
