The unclaimed cremated remains from the Bidadari Christian Cemetery at Upper Serangoon Road will be scattered at sea from 24 - 29 March 2008.
The exhumation of Bidadari Christian graves started in April 2001. There were 50,500 graves in the cemetery.
Descendants or next-of-kin who wish to claim the cremated reamins need to submit their claims by 17 March 2008. Please contact Mr Yeo Eng Chuan of the Housing and Development Board on telephone +65 6490 3053, or email yec2@hdb.gov.sg for details of submission of claim.
