I am attempting to locate an old family friend who was a diplomat at the Russian embassy/consulate or mission in Singapore between 1956 - 1959. At that time the consulate was very small with no more than 6 - 8 personnel. Has anyone got any advice as to where records of diplomatic staff from this era would be located?. Also anyone with recollections of Singapore, and in particular the suburb of Tanglin where I lived, should contact me. Prefer contact via above email address
