Hello Steph b, I have an article from the "Family Tree Magazine" dated November 2002. It has an article on page 55 named Singapore - A hard Nut to Crack by Sylvia Barnard suggesting was of obtaining info and certificates from Singapore. I haven't tried out any of her suggestions myself but it is a very informative article.You should be able to find a copy of this magazine in your local gen library or state library.
