From the Baptism records of St Joseph's church in Singapore, that of Alice Daisy De Cruz, whose god parents were, Edwin Wilibrod De Cruz and Magaret St Vincent De Cruz, baptised on the 5 May 1914, it states that Winifred Edwards was born in Madras, and was the daugther of Alexander Edwin Edwards and Julia Alice Woods. It also mentions ALice has having married N.J. Kleinman on the 26 Dec 1935.
The spelling of Edwards was Edward, but this could be an bad transciption of the hand-writing. Please confirm either. thanks.
