See the following site http://www.hdb.gov.sg/hdb044p.nsf/$about?OpenAbout and send them a message to see if he is buried in the Bidadari cemetery. If so then see the following site- http://www.sir.gov.sg/citizen_sc/deathextract-01.html
but see re fees (hence the need to know the date of death)

As far as I know this was the main christian cemetery in Singapore, read all of the site if applicable.
