Sinard vs Sinor, Siner, Sinar, Sinah, Synar?

Hi

I am a Sinor descendant and have always been curious as to if there might be a possible connection in the early history of the various surnames. The oldest ancestor that I have located in my line is a Joseph Sinah - from Revolutionary War records.

Would welcome any comments and thanks for your time.
