Hello Richard,

I am so glad I asked. I have tried to solve the mystery of this man for decades. I saw in the Courthouse in Greene the actual book listing of the marriage record. Do you have confirmation of Richard's father?

I must tell you I found some interesting things about him and put them in notes and paper files twenty years ago. They were about the Anderson Family. There were some interesting hearing notes for Revolutionary Pensions. Her father was in the War.

He is a candidate for being a son of Martin Sims of Franklin County GA? Since I live in TX most of my life I now understand how and possibly why he came here. TX history is very interesting.
