Seeking information on the family of R.B.Sims of Lyons Ave, Menands, N.Y. I have a postcard with a photograph of the home identified simply as "Res.of R.B.Sims, Menands, NY" on it. This home was designed by noted Albany NY Architect Walter VanGuysling in the early 20th Century and still stands today.
