The William Harvy Sims you speak of was born in May, 1876 in Wilder Tenesee (this is in Fentress County, not in adjacent Picket County). He was married five times. He is my grandfather from a marriage to Sophronie Partin. That was his fifth and final marriage (he was married to a woman with the last name Booth twice so he had four wives). He and Sophroni had two sons and two daughters. William is hard to get information on from family. He was in the Spanish American war and almost died there from pleresy. He was sometims a farmer but not really. People would always say he was colorful but no specifics. He was very musical and sometimes played professionally. I think he died in 1959. He was 83. I knew Fanny for many years (she was indeed born in 1909). She passed away just a few years ago and still had black hair. I was told that her brother Elijah was in the Navy and was killed shortly after he returned home from the military but I do know that for certain. I do not know anything about Biddy. Willie Lincoln was killed by a passing car while steping out of a cab in a little town near Corbin Kentucky when I was a kid. I understand that he was a professional fighter that traveled to various towns to arranged fights. He was supposedly very good at it. He also was an excellent banjo player. He had 2-3 boys and girls that may have been named Audry, Betty and Elsy. Dillard was known as "Doc" but he was not a doctor. He had two sons. One was Earnest.
