There is record of an Elizabeth Simonton marrying Thomas Estes in Crawford Co, GA on 19 Jan 1836. I am connected to a Thomas Estes that migrated from Crawford Co. to Texas where his wife's name in 1860 census was Martha. The ages of the children seem to indicate a former wife and ages are consistant with a 1836 marriage. I am trying to determine if Elizabeth Simonton was married to this Thomas Estes.
