I descend from a Philip Simons and Mary unknown Simons who we believe was brother to Peter Simons.
Son of Philip and Mary Simons was Philip J. Simons b. 1802.
I have always thought his middle initial was probably for John.
Looking forward to sharing info with you. Maybe we can finally figure this family out.
