Simons of Westmoreland or Indiana Co., PA

I am looking for the parents of Katherine Minnie Simons (or Minnie Katherine Simons) known as Katie. She was born May 1880 in PA (most likely Westmoreland County, PA and died in 1965 in Westmoreland County, PA. In 1900 she married Alfred David Kelly (1877-1945) who was born in Black Lick Twp., Indiana County, PA. In the 1900 census they were living in Loyalhanna Twp. Westmoreland Co., PA which is just across the Kiski River from Indiana County, PA. I cannot locate Katie in the 1880 census and therefore cannot determine who her parents were. I have a photo that I can share of her parents but no names. Anyone who can assist me in these Simons please respond. Thank you. Sue Appleton
