Are you related by Phillip? I have sent to the Ky Archives to search for the equity case and will hopefully get a copy. I will let you know, I do have the Will of Phillip and some other papers which mention Philip and Peter however none of them tell the relationship between them, so I too think they were brothers but no actual proof as yet. We are thru Peter's son George b 1806. George Sr son George Jr b 1842, 2nd marriage was to a Adelia King with I think is really stange as I see that Phillip married a Delia King. Please keep in touch.
