Question: Do you know the parents of John Simons or his date of birth?
I am researching a Philip Simons b. abt 1769 in Logan County, Kentucky. Possibly born in PA or VA, or KY but family from PA, VA. Unsure.
There are some that say Philip and Peter Simons (Christian County, KY) may be related to a John George or Johann George Simons somewhere in the line.
Do you know the middle name of your John Simons?
My Philip Simons also had a son named William Simons. With the naming patterns back then it is possible that your John is related. Any connections that may lead me to find out who the parents of my Philip Simons b. abt 1769 would be great. If there is a connection then I would have info to share with you.
