Hi Charles, I have just completed an extensive research on my Simonds family, and do have Abigail and her ancestors. She married Ebenezer Going, April 27, 1757 was baptized at Groton July 14, 1737. She is a daughter of William4 Simonds and Mary_? Simonds. William was a selectman for Shirley the first two years after its incorporation.Fathers go from William4 Simonds b.1707, William3 Simonds b.1678/9, Benjamin2 Simonds b.1654, William1 Simonds b.1611, William Symonds b.1571, William Symonds b.1540, John Symonds b.1514.
