I'am in search of my birth parents and/or siblings. Below is the only information that I have at this time.
Bith name: William Simms Jr.
Date of birth: June 20, 1937
Place of birth: Chester County Hospital or Veil hospital in Chester County, PA.
Birth father: William Simms
Birth mother: Virginia Gardner Simms
Birth mother & father married April 15, 1935 at Elkton,MD.
I was left in care of a Mrs. Vacchiane, a former nurse at the Veil Hospital on or about July 01, 1938.
My adoption was finalized July 19, 1938.
My understanding is that my birth father was a medical doctor that practiced in the state of New York.
Knowing by birth parents and/or siblings's history would be very valuable for my doctor in treating me for medical problems that I am having.
If there is anyone that could give me any help in my search it would be greatly appreciated.
