Who were the parents of James Burtles Simms (1774-1844).

I've seen a posting that makes me wonder if they may have been Marmaduke Semmes and wife Susannah Burtles.

The Last Will and Testmanet of Marmaduke Semmes of Charles County, Maryland appears to have been written on 8 July 1774 and his death apparently was 26 August 1774.
In that document he wrote, in part, "I (lease?) two Negros, Toby and Will, and the money to be divided among my children, Alleweaser, Sarah and the child my wife is now big with."

Was that child she was then big with James Burtles Simms?
His date of birth, 1774, seems to fit for him to have been born after the date of death of Marmaduke Semmes.
