I have a copy of a marriage bond for Randal Simms and Nancy Pickett. The date is 25 June 1811 in Roane Co., Tn. The co-signer of this bond was John Keneley. On the 1820 census for Jackson Co., Tn. there is a Nancy Simms. I am assuming that Randal died before that year?...Nancy later married Frederick Earls in 1823, also in Roane Co.
Any information would be appreciated.
