He was born in Foulden approx 1883 the 1891 census has him age 9 living with them in Foulden.Then 1901 he is in Middlesex age 18.The only unaccounted for person is Martha Bussey born in 1860 to Benjamin & Susan (Ben's 1st wife)she died in child birth 1860.
