First Octave Simard did maried Sylvie Lessard on 8 may 1877 and he was the widow of Geneviève Nolet(maried in St Elzéar de Beauce on 27 june 1865) and He was the son of Vital Simard and Marguerite Laplante, according to the Drouin Institute. However there was no mention of any other mariage. As for Marie-Clara I could not find any mariage under Clara, Claire, Marie-Clara or Marie-Claire in the Drouin books. Next time
I go to the "Société de Genealogie de l'Outaouais" I will check the books for the
"Beauce"
