The only piece of evidence I need for my DAR application to be approved is a bible record or other old handwritten data that lists my Greenberry as a son of John Jackson Silver. They are holding my application until I can furnish such evidence. They would (not) accept the following: Heritage Book of Gilmer listing Greenberry as the son of John Silver. Actual copies of original census records showing him living next door to his father John Silver and stating his father was born in Maryland. His father, John J. Silver also, stated he was born in Maryland. His being buried near his father at Ball Creek Cemetery in Pickens Co.Ga. I could use the following: any documented evidence/Synthia Silver, daughter of Greenberry married Alfred B. Silver, her first cousin, son of John Junior. Since John Silver senior was living with John Junior in the 1880 census for Pickens Co and listed as John Junior's father, this would tie Greenberry and John Junior in as brothers. Please e=mail me at sparks10@bellsouth.net if you have any such evidence. I would be so grateful. Notify Administrator about this message?
