Looking for information on my 3rd great grandfather. Born 1825 in Cape Verde and came as a whaler to Hawaii in 1848 or 1860. He married Emalia Watson and had 15 children. He died in 1908 in Kaneohe, Hawaii. I have all the census records, but can't trace him to his birthplace in Cape Verde.
