Thanks, Michael, for the info. After reading it, I agree that he most likely descended from the Jewish community in Savannah, however, I was curious about the Posey portion of his name. I am a descendant of the Poseys and am interested in knowing if one of the Poseys was a grandmother, great grandmother, etc. Again, thanks for taking the time to relay the data. Gayla
