I am trying to help my ill uncle Thomas Mahoney connect with his best friend from the Army.
What Tommy recalls is the following:
Dan Silva, originally from San Jose CA, Dan would be in his late 60's. Tommy recalls he was a bit younger than him and Tommy just turned 72. They spoke of keeping in touch but with Dan in CA and Tommy in Boston......
Tommy and Dan served together 1956-1957 in South Korea in the 7th Division, 7th Medical Batallion, one particular place was Chung Mao.

Tommy is a diabetic, has had a triple bypass, was on dialysis for years, kidney transplant, stroke, anurism, most recently a pacemaker and defribulator....He's a dear man and I would love to help him find his old friend! I am his niece.
