LOoking for a Silva from Fayal who fathered a son in 1868 in California to my Great Great Gandmother Elizabeth Cosgrove from N.Y. ( she was born in 1850)The sons name was
Aloysius Silva (1880 census) Elizabeth went by the name
of Elizabeth Perry and had 2 more sons Frank born 1876
and William born kn 1877 (both Perry) - she was the propriator of a barber shop (think that maybe Silva left it
to her)-The only Silva I can find is Frank in 1870 census in San Francisco, he was 23 and was a barber?????
Any info would be appreciated.
