Looking for Viola Clifford's Daughter

I am looking for the daughter of my great aunt Viola Clifford or anyone related to her. Viola was born on Sept. 27, 1900 in Sacramento Ca, 1 month after her father, Christopher Clifford died after a fall from a roof, Viola's mother was Hattie James. My grandfather, James Edward Clifford was her brother. I know that Viola and her husband ran a bording house in the 1950's and early 1960's.
The house is still there and is located about 21 st and G St.
