Jesse Silcott was living next door to his brother-in-law on the 1790 census. I research the Samuels family, if anyone's interested, but I have no further information on the Silcotts. The records for the Samuel(s) family are at the Richland Monthly Meeting in present-day Lehigh (formerly Bucks, then Northampton) County, so you might want to look there for Silcott records as well.
